I have come to teaching as my second career. I spent 24 years working in finance when providence caused my company to sell out to another and leave town. This event coincided with the youngest of my four children graduating high school. I took the opportunity to change careers and go back to get a Master of Arts in teaching. Blessed Miguel Pro Catholic School was recommended as a great place to work because of the close and caring community. I started my teaching career here in 2021. I jumped at the chance to move to fifth grade after one year in third grade because I love teaching American History. I look forward each day to sharing the journey to truth and knowledge with the students.
